We ship within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of your order. All orders are shipped using either DHL Express or FedEx. Depending on situation deemed fit by Prinker Korea Inc., the shipping provider might be changed without prior notice.
Some external factors can have an impact on that delay, for example customs, over which we have absolutely no control.
[CUSTOMS AND DUTIES]
• Recipient (“User”) is fully responsible for any customs duties and taxes such as Customs Taxes, Import Taxes and Value added Taxes, as well as for all other charges such as customs fees, service fees, administration fee, and warehousing fee. The recipient is required to submit all documentation related to customs. Customs duties vary by country. If you need additional information to avoid potential customs issues, contact local customs office.
• If a package is refused by recipient due to customs issues including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documentation or any other related issues, we will not refund or reship any packages refused.
• If there is any delay in customs clearance for more than 14 days as a result of the recipient’s error, items will be automatically returned to Prinker Korea Inc.. We will deduct all shipping fees as well as all other costs incurred during return process from the recipient’s refund. The amount after deduction will be credited to your original method of payment. It can take up to 30 days for us to process.
