Prinker Korea Inc. uses different shipment methods depending on your location.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time depends on where are you based. Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 working days. Yet, it may take longer due to your local custom procedures.
HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at sales@prinker.net
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE
We typically ship out orders the next working day (subject to change) when placed after 6am (UTC+9). When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. CUSTOMS FEES
Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. Each country varies in customs fees and it's something we can't actually gauge. We charge only a shipping fee depending on your location as well as the total weight of your package. Any additional fees and taxes have to be taken up with customs in your country. Prinker Korea Inc. Inc. is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.
TAXES
All prices are exclusive of insurance costs, duties, and all taxes including federal, state and local sales, excise and value added, goods and services taxes, and any other taxes, which the Purchaser shall pay in addition. Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Prinker Korea Inc. harmless for any liability for tax in connection with the sale, as well as the collection or withholding thereof, including penalties and interest thereon. Accordingly, in addition to the price specified herein, the amount of any present or future sales, use, value-added or similar tax applicable to the sale of the Products hereunder to or the use of such goods by Purchaser shall be paid by Purchaser to the entire exoneration of Prinker Korea Inc.
SHIPMENT/DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES IN TRANSPORT/RISK
Except for obligations stated under “Warranty” in Terms of Service, Prinker Korea Inc.’s responsibility for Products ceases upon delivery to the carrier. In the event of loss or damage during shipment, Purchaser’s claim shall be against the carrier only. Prinker Korea Inc. will, however, give Purchaser any reasonable assistance to secure adjustment of Purchaser’s claim against the carrier provided immediate notice of such claim is given by Purchaser to Prinker Korea Inc. Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 7 days after receipt of Products by Purchaser. If Prinker Korea Inc. does not receive written notification of such shortages within such 7 days, it shall be conclusively presumed that the Products were delivered in their entirety. Unless agreed upon otherwise in writing, Prinker Korea Inc. reserves the right to make partial shipments and to submit invoices for partial shipments.
FAILURE TO DELIVER
Prinker Korea Inc. Inc. is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 2 weeks, we reserve the right to dispose the shipment.
FORCE MAJEURE
Prinker Korea Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred by Purchaser herein resulting from causes beyond the reasonable control of Prinker Korea Inc. including, but without limitation, acts of God, war, invasion, insurrection, riot , the order of any civil or military authority, fire, flood, weather, acts of the elements, delays in transportation, unavailability of equipment or materials, breakdown, sabotage, lock-outs, strikes or labor disputes, faulty castings or forgings, or the failure of Prinker Korea Inc.’s suppliers to meet their delivery promises. The acceptance of delivery of the equipment by Purchaser shall constitute a waiver of all claims for loss or damage due to any delay whatsoever.
COMPLIANCE
Our products may not be compliant with your country regulations (e.g. certification, marks etc.). When you decide to purchase and ship Prinker device or Consumable Set to your country, then it is your responsibility as an importer to be compliant with local regulations.
LIABILITY
Prinker Korea Inc. shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless by Purchaser from any damage, losses or claims of whatever kind, contractual or delictual, consequential or incidental, direct or indirect, arising out of, in connection with or resulting from the sale governed hereby or the Products, including, but without limitation, the shipment, manufacture, repair, handling, installation, possession, use, operation or dismantling of the Products and any and all claims, actions, suits, and proceedings which may be instituted in respect to the foregoing.
PURCHASER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO, AND PRINKER KOREA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, PROMOTIONAL OR MANUFACTURING EXPENSES, OVERHEADS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION COST, LOSS OF DATA, REMOVAL OR REINSTALLATION COSTS, INJURY TO REPUTATION OR LOSS OF PURCHASERS, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, IPR INFRINGEMENT, LOSS OF CONTRACTS OR ORDERS OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. PURCHASER’S RECOVERY FROM PRINKER KOREA INC. FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE AFFECTED PRODUCTS IRRESPECTIVE OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM WHETHERIN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE. PURCHASER WILL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD PRINKER KOREA INC. HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS BASED ON (a) PRINKER KOREA INC.’S COMPLIANCE WITH PURCHASER’S DESIGNS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR INSTRUCTIONS, (b) MODIFICATION OF ANY PRODUCTS BY ANYONE OTHER THAN PRINKER KOREA INC., or (c) USE IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER PRODUCTS.
