CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
Orders accepted by Prinker Korea Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Prinker Korea)are not subject to changes or cancellation by Purchaser, except with Prinker Korea’s written consent. In such cases where Prinker Korea authorizes changes or cancellation, Prinker Korea reserves the right to charge Purchaser with reasonable costs based upon expenses already incurred and commitments made by Prinker Korea, including, without limitation, any labor done, material purchased and also including Supplier’s usual overhead and reasonable profit and cancellation charges from Prinker Korea’s suppliers.
REFUND, RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
All sales are final. At Prinker Korea we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. No refund will be given of the price of the Products even if the Customer is dissatisfied with the product for any reason whatsoever. So before making the decision to buy our products, you are advised to read and understand this our Refund policy.
I. Replacement for items that don't match the order
Free replacement of Products without defects will be provided if an item does not match the order. The Purchaser must report to Prinker Korea within 7 days after delivery by emailing cs@prinker.net.
To be eligible for a free replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
After verification of free replacement claim, the Purchaser will be provided a return shipping label and Replacement request form or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. To get replacement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Prinker Korea, the Purchaser must send the full box including all accessories. All shipping costs will be covered by Prinker Korea.
- Exceptions. If the customer doesn’t report to Prinker Korea within seven (7) days after delivery, free replacement claim would not be valid. In this case, only RMA service will be provided. Only Products originally shipped from Prinker Korea or from an authorized supplier can be returned to Prinker Korea. By a Purchaser returning Products to Prinker Korea, the Purchaser certifies that the Products were purchased from Prinker Korea and there has been no substitution of the product from another supplier, distributor or other source of the product.
The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition except if approved defective by a Prinker Korea sales representative via an RMA.
II. Replacement for faulty items
Products with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment are subject to Warranty policy and RMA Process. The customer should send the order number, Purchase Receipt and description of the issues to Prinker Korea Customer Support team at cs@prinker.net for troubleshooting. The Customer Support Team will evaluate the case and provide an RMA request form.
1) Products within Warranty Period and damage/issue covered by Warranty:
- Repair costs will be paid by Prinker Korea. The Purchaser will have to pay for the shipping costs.
2) Out of Warranty Period or damage/issue not covered by Warranty:
- The Purchaser will have to pay for the shipping and repair costs
No Products shall not be returned to Prinker Korea without Prinker Korea’s prior written permission. Prinker Korea reserves the right to decline all returns or to accept them subject to a handling/restocking charge.
Even after Prinker Korea has authorized the return of Products for credit, Prinker Korea reserves the right to adjust the amount of any credit given to Purchaser on return of the Products based on the conditions of the Products on arrival in Prinker Korea’s warehouse.
